NPCs are Non Playable Characters. They are the people in games who you buy stuff from or talk to for help. You can consider Barney a NPC for this site.

Who are the NPCs on WhuddleWorld?

Vac - She is the very first Whuddle and head of the Council. She is one of the main people behind the creation of WhuddleWorld.
Charlie - Charlie is the first human-created Whuddle. He's best friends with Chelsea.
Chelsea - Charlie's best and closest friend. She's kind of shy and came here upon Charlie's invitation.
Lexi - A Mermaid on WhuddleWorld...A Whuddle Mermaid. Whatever, anyway, she seems to work for the Ring-a-ling phone company as far as we know.
The "Labcoats"/"White coats": They are the whuddles who work at Gadget's and Gizmo's. They make alot of our neat items like Forever inflated balloons.
Cyndi Loo - She's the shop-keeper of Civvies.
Chip - He owns Sky High Snacks.
Reginald Tweed (Or Reggie, as Charlie calls him) - He is head of Registration and runs the library.
Azad - Runs the Sponsor Shop.
Fearghus - Works at the Bazaar. He allows people in and keeps people out.
Hilda Pinkbottom - Liam's daughter and Gobban's sister. She owns the stall in the Bazaar.
Gobban Greenbottom - Liam's son and Hilda's brother. He owns the tent in the Bazaar.
Liam Bluebottom - Father of Hilda and Gobban. He owns the wagon in the Bazaar.
Operator Ashlee - Phone Operator for the WSN (WhuddleWorld Shopping Network)
Robert Gilde - Runs Club Registration.
C. K. Klagget - He runs the Hoosegow.
Scoop Sundae - She works at the WWC (WhuddleWorld Chronicles) and is in charge of the Gossip Section.
Louis Witty - He's the editor in Chief of the WWC.
Braden - He owns Rotes n' Notes.
Violet - She owns the Salon.
Natalie - She runs Bits 'N Bytes Gamin'
Phillip Sweets - Owns the Confectionary.
Doug Barter - The Flea Market Manager
Mr. Ban K. Ruptcy - He owns the bank.
Mayal Stamp - She owns the post office.
Capri Capella - She owns Plain Stitches
Alvin Gyft - He owns the Curiousity Shoppe.
Farmer Noggin - Owns the Farm.
Poppy Noggin - Farmer Noggin's Wife.
Belle - Farmer Noggin's cow...who can talk...and runs the Cross Word Puzzle.
Leif Green - Runs Green Produce Stand
Missy - Runs Apple Acres General Store
