Once you join WhuddleWorld, it can be pretty confusing, especially with the lack of communication available on the site until you make some friends. I recommend reading the FAQs after this to get more of an idea around the site if your question(s) isn't/aren't answered here.

After registration (which is pretty self-explainatory), confirming your account through your e-mail, and logging in, you may be wondering "Okay...now what do I do?". My first suggestion is to vote on the poll at the bottom-right. It'll give you 500WB which is nice to start out with. Next, click "Step Onto World Map". This will begin the creation of your Whuddletar. No matter what gender you picked for yourself, you can make your whuddle a boy or a girl (Good for those who prefer having an avatar the opposite of their gender) and pick some standard clothes for them. Don't worry too much if you want multiple things. You can buy all the clothes shown from Plain Stitches so just pick your utmost favorite things. How I chose was I picked my favorite color and then chose out of which I preferred of the styles...Skirts or pants? Sneakers, Sport shoes, or Sandals? And things like that. One thing you should pay attention to is skin color, however, as you can never change that. While you can change hair color and hair style, it's somewhat expensive depending on what you want, so I'd suggest picking your utmost favorites that you wouldn't mind having for a while.

Once you're finished making your whuddletar, head onto your omnibus, either by clicking the URL given by the page, clicking "Go to my omnibus" from the main page, or by clicking the book by your Whuddletar on the World Map. Now that you're at your omnibus, head to your inventory. In here is an extra set of clothes, supplied by Reginald, a slide show, and an Orientation Quiz. Take a quick look at the slide show, then maybe go and explore around WhuddleWorld abit, checking things out and getting used to your surroundings. Once you're finished, head on back to take the Orientation Quiz. You may want another window opened to help look for the answers in case you get stuck. I will not give you the answers and somebody else won't either as giving the answers out is against the rules on WW. A lot of the questions can be considered common sense, but others can be pretty tricky. When you finish, you'll get a large boost in citizenship and 5,000WB. You can spend some of your money or save up, it's up to you. One other place you should stop is Bits n' Bytes Arcade. It's the green and yellow building near the South-west corner. Click the Crane game then click the coin slot. It costs 100WB to play, but you may get a cute little Capelka for your Whuddletar.

Now that you've done some things, head over to the Blah Blah Blah Board by clicking the sign on the World Map. The Blah Blah Blah Board has announcements and information from the Elders about events and news for the site. It's important to check out when you can. Now that you've got the basics down, have fun and make some friends ^_^ Also don't forget to read the FAQs! Both on WW and here. But one last thing to remember is to do the two following things:

1. Get a Bank Card. To do this, head to the bank (See the Store Guide for Whuddleville) and talk to the man behind the counter. Make sure to read the Bank FAQ first by clicking the questionmark to learn all the information for the quiz he'll give you. Pass the Quiz and you'll get a bank card :D You get a good amount of interest from the bank, plus, a vault to store your items and it's how you use your DDs (You will have to enter the Pin Number you assign to use DDs). You must be holding your bank card to use the ATM machine to deposit and withdraw Whuddlebeans.

2. Get a Press Pass. Less important than the bank card, but a nice thing to have. You can't get this until you have Bronze Citizenship. To get this, head to the Pencil Company (Building with the pencil on it in Whuddleville. Again, see Store Guide if you need help) that makes the WWC. Talk to Louis (The guy) to get another quiz in order to get your press pass. The Press pass can be worn on your Whuddle like a brooch and is used to submit articles/artwork into the WWC. You must be wearing it or carrying it to use it.

Now that you've done those, you've already started your way on becoming a good citizen :D And just have to make sure to continue having fun.
